REVISIT OF MICRO PLAN - CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING COMPLETED IN ALL OFSDP-II DIVISIONS

A two days Capacity Building Training (CBT) programme for Division Management Unit level personnel was organised in all 12 Forest Divisions operational under OFSDP-II. The programme was a continuation of CBT Programme organised at PMU, OFSDP-II on Revisit of Micro Plan for Project Personnel from 19th -20th May 2022 in collaboration with XIM University, Bhubaneswar.

The Division level Capacity Building Training programme was conducted immediately after the PMU level training on the following dates.

DPD (CME&S), DPD (A&F), State Programme Manager (C&ID), State Programme Manager (LLI & ISC), Forestry Biodiversity and Farm Forestry Expert from PMU alongwith PMC Team Leader, CMRV Expert, Livelihood Expert, Micro Plan Expert of Project Management Consultancy and Cluster Managers of Livelihood Resource Cell, PMU attended the training programme as Resource Persons at DMU level. The DFO cum DMU Chief and the Subject Matter Specialists of DMUs, who were trained previously on the above training as ToTs at PMU level, also conntributed as Resource Persons in organizing the trainings at Division level.

The 12 number of chapters of the Microplan Revist were discussed in detail by the in-house trainers of OFSDP-II. All the Resource Persons from PMU, PMC and DMUs took the sessions through power-point presentations. Officials and Project personnel of DMUs, FMUs, P-NGO Chief executives, P-NGO Team Members and the Member Secretaries of all Batch-I VSSs covered under OFSDP-II attended the two days training programme at their respecvtive Divison level.

The said programme brought in conceptual clarity and was widely appriciated by the trainees.
