PMU reviewed the progress of Partner NGOs engaged for implementation support of OFSDP-II
An orientation cum review meeting involving DMU Chiefs and the Partner NGOs of OFSDP-II engaged to support the implementation of project activities at Divisional Management Units was held under the Chairmanship of the Project director, OFSDP-II on 3rd October 2018 at Conference Hall of PMU, OFSDS.
The Chief Fucntionaries and the Team Leaders of the Partner NGOs of nine DMUs made detailed presentations on their roles, responsibilities and deliverables in the project implementation. Subject matter Specialists (SMSs) of of Baripada, Rairangpur and Karanjia DMUs under OFSDP-II presented the progress of their respective divisions as no PGNO exist in these Divisions.
PD, OFSDP directed the PNGOs to adhere to the timeline shared by the PMU for implementing various project components and ensure the community mobilisation with a human touch. He also directed the DMU Chiefs to leverage the presence of the PNGOs for implementation of Entry Point Activities and Convergence Activities under OFSDP-II.
